H2O Direct award winning service cartridges can be used in conjunction with several different ranges of water filters.
HF – to be used with IEN / MH4 / SP
VH – to be used with VH-IEN
M9 – to be used with M9
The cartridge allows you to fully descale your hot water tanks, faucets, solenoids and pipe feeds without the need to take them apart.
The service cartridge can be filled with the appropriate Descaling solution ‘ i-DSCALE’ and once re-connected into the head, the solution will be pushed around all the areas where descaling wasn’t possible before.

This descaling solution has been specially formulated to act fast on breaking down scale without leaving any residue.
The i-DSCALE descaling solution allows you to fully descale many types of appliances from mains fed water coolers, vending, coffee and espresso machines. It can be used to fully descale your hot water tanks, faucets, solenoids and pipe feeds without dissembling them.
The solution can also take care of your home shower heads, kitchen taps and sinks.
